Prices
We ensure that the price of all goods and services we are offering are clear and easily found. We show the actual price clearly. There are no hidden extras, such as taxes, packing or delivery. Before signing the contract, we will confirm the actual price you will pay. If the nature of the transaction means that we may have to change the price between accepting your order and delivery, we will automatically give you the option to cancel your order and get your money back. In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale until a price is agreed.

Delivery
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. For USA and Worldwide another courier will be nominated and you will be advised of additional charges.

Contracts
We set out the terms and conditions clearly and in plain English. Our terms DO NOT affect the consumers' statutory rights.
Ring Sizing
If you order an incorrect size, a nominal charge of £15 is made to cover the alteration, insurance and postage back to you. We would like to stress that platinum is a beautiful material but very difficult to work with. Consequently any alteration in platinum would carry a nominal charge of £25. We would urge you to take advantage of this service we offer. Your guarantee is invalidated if you allow a third party to work on the item that we have supplied/made for you.
Refunds
We provide the option of a full refund within 7 days, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. This excludes items with any element of personalisation, e.g. rings designed by clients or any third party, engraving etc. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, usually immediately on receipt of the returned goods, in the condition sold and with ALL documentation provided, at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
Guarantees
We stand by our products and will correct any manufacturing faults during the first 12 months. Your guarantee is invalidated if you allow a third party to work on the piece that we have made/supplied to you.
Note Guarantees v. insurance claims
Diamonds and gemstones do not fall out of jewellery or rings - they can only ever be dislodged although people do find this difficult to accept. Therefore please ensure you insure your jewellery and rings.
Please ensure you carry out routine maintenance of your jewellery to include:
- Periodic cleaning and polishing
- Re-rhodium plating or white gold
- Checking diamond security, tightening, re-tipping claws etc
Should you require any of the above these items are chargeable and can be quoted for.
Receipts, invoices and settlement mistakes
We will provide a receipt with goods and will correct any mistakes that occur.

We will deal with complaints effectively. Our system for handling complaints is:

Solving Disputes
We will provide details about any procedure for solving disputes which may involve our company. We will provide details of our professional associations which we belong to. We are governed by UK law.

Cancellation Rights
Unless the law permits otherwise, you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order within seven working days without giving a good reason. The seven days begins on the day that you (the consumer) receive the goods, you pay the cost of returning the goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel, we will return their money within 30 days.
